Where the figures come from
Each row shows the operator's welcome offer, its wagering requirement and its minimum deposit, plus a short line on what the site does best. Those figures come from our lineup of offshore operators for UK players, which records each operator's published terms. Before an update goes live, our terms editor checks them against the operators' own promotions pages.
A site with no published welcome offer does not appear on the board at all. We would rather show fourteen complete rows than fifteen with a gap.
What decides the order
The running order follows our lineup. Two things feed it: the operators' published welcome terms, and the commercial terms we have agreed with each operator. We say this plainly because a board that claimed to ignore commission while being paid by the sites on it would be misleading.
The commercial side never touches the figures. A bonus, wagering requirement or minimum deposit is shown exactly as published, whatever we are paid.
What we weigh when writing about a site
- Wagering against headline size. A smaller bonus at 10x is often easier to turn into withdrawable money than a far larger one at 40x or 45x.
- Entry point. The minimum deposit decides who a welcome offer is really for.
- Value after sign-up. Reloads, cashback and loyalty schemes, where the operator publishes them.
- Codes and conditions. Whether the offer needs a bonus code, and whether the cashback carries its own wagering.
What we leave out on purpose
We do not publish ratings, scores or stars. There is no measurement behind such a number, and it would make the board look more authoritative than it is. We also do not list payment methods, payout times or licence numbers per operator, because we do not hold verified, current data for them. The homepage tells you how to check each of these on the operator's own site before you deposit.
How often it is checked
The figures are re-checked whenever the page is updated, and the date at the top of the homepage records the last check. Terms can still change between checks, which is why every row links to the operator and why the operator's own terms always take precedence over ours. If you find a mismatch, let us know.
